Before your policy expires we will normally offer renewal by sending a renewal invitation advising of the amount payable to renew your policy. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex) on 1300 50 50 99, in person at Australia Post, by mail or by Telephone and internet or Bpay. If you are paying by instalment and we offer renewal we will automatically renew your policy and continue to deduct instalments.

Why is my renewal more expensive this year?

There are a range of factors that can cause your premium to increase on renewal, such as an increase to the cost of repairs, claims or severe weather events. If you are concerned with your premium increase, please don't hesitate to contact us directly on 1300 50 50 99.

Are there any conditions to my Car Insurance policy being renewed?

When you renew, vary, extend, reinstate or replace your policy you have a duty to tell the insurer every matter known to you which you know, or a reasonable person in the circumstances could be expected to know, is relevant to our decision whether to insure you and whether any special conditions need to apply to your policy. You must tell us if, during the current period of insurance, you or any person who is a driver of your vehicle has: been convicted of or had any ones or penalties imposed for a serious criminal and/or driving offence and/or any crime involving drugs, dishonesty, arson, theft (including stealing a motor vehicle), illegal use of a motor vehicle, fraud or violence against any person or property, or been convicted of or had any fines or penalties imposed for any driving related alcohol and/or drug offence, or had a driver's licence cancelled or suspended or been disqualified from holding a driver's licence for any period, or been responsible for causing any motor vehicle accident, or had any motor vehicle damaged or stolen.
